Spontaneous abortion

I announced that I was pregnant last week and now im bleeding and losing clots. Doctor says it's a spontaneous abortion. . . Has anyone else been diagnosed this? What was your outcome ? I got tomorrow to see if my hcg is higher than 57 if not then we know what's happening...
