I never pictured myself saying that. Do not want an epidural, currently. My husband gets so scared every time I say that, but I heard the recovery is so much better when you go med-free and it’s probably good for the baby also.

My question is, has anyone done a water birth VBAC? What was your experience like? Did you tear? I’m wondering if less people tear when they have water births. My hospital offers two whirlpool rooms and I’m diggin it, wanna find out more!

What are some other epidural-free options for pain management?
