It all started when he came back from deployment in June 2018. He was acting different and wanting to hang around his friends more often, hardly was ever home, and was constantly on his phone. We have two sons together and he hardly ever spent time with them and would get upset when they would try to play with him.

One day I saw a message that popped up on his Apple Watch from a girl saying something along the lines of ‘I can’t wait to see you again baby’. At that point I knew he was in fact cheating. Fast forward to October.. I found out he was already in a relationship with her for months. Once I decided that it would be best for our sons and myself to move back home with my parents, he left us with nothing.

He bought his ‘girlfriend’ a brand new car. Got her a place and he kept all my personal belongings including clothes, jewelry (which she wears now), etc.

I few weeks back we had agreed on an amount he would give me for child support even though he doesn’t come around to see his sons he would say he would help me out. That hasn’t happened. I’m working on getting my green card and it’s been very very difficult for me to find a job and it’s been very overwhelming.

It’s been very emotionally hard for me to watch him spoil her children and her while I’m struggling to provide for our sons in whatever way I can. He’s still receiving bah for us, his dependents. I have no idea what I can do, to call his higher ups or not, or anything to help me receive some type of support. Have any of y’all been through this? What should I do?
