Preeclampsia but no hbp

Has anyone had preeclampsia but not had high blood pressure?? I have a heart problem so I’m on blood pressure meds to keep my heart rate down so not sure if my bp is high or not but don’t think it is. Having some mild but very painful swelling in my legs feet and hands. Starting to get nauseated and a small headache.. been short of breath too. My blood work last week at dr showed low platelets of 140,000 should’ve been 151,000 they said. Should I worry about preeclampsia?
