9 month old has bags under his eyes 😢

My 9 month old for some reason is skipping his last nap and waking up super early! He’s exhausted and cranky but won’t sleep. Now I’ve noticed bags under his eyes. He has bad teething pains some nights that I literally have no other choice but to give him Tylenol.

Is there anything else I can do? Anything I can’t do to help him sleep and get rid of the bags under his eyes?
