Will you be doing maternity photos?

My sister took some photos of me last time I was pregnant because she was visiting and my daughter was late AF and I was on maternity leave already and we were bored. I don’t think I’m going to have the same luck this time around (with my sister visiting) but I might have my husband take some pictures. With my daughter born in August we went to a wildflower preserve and took some pretty summery photos. With this one due at the dead end of November... maybe we’ll do something at a cut your own Christmas tree or pumpkin patch or apple orchard if I’m big enough when apples are out, idk. I’ll have to find flattering maternity  clothes for cold weather! Ugh! Did NOT want a winter baby 🤦🏻‍♀️ but I’ll take what I can get 
Either way, definitely not spending money I don’t have on a professional photographer.

I thought For sure I was going to do them last pregnancy (my first) but I honestly hated how I looked pregnant and I was just so uncomfortable the thought of doing my hair and makeup and posing for photos was awful to me 😂 Maybe I’ll do some this time around we’ll see

I want to. I like having things to look back on later in life... same reason I like to keep a journal, keep little keepsake items and spent a decent amount on a wedding photographer. These are times I will never get back and I want to document it through photos.

My original plan was to have my sister or a friend do some for me, not professional but something to have for myself. However, my sister ended up buying me a newborn photo package with a professional photographer she knows, and the package includes a small maternity session as well! I was blown away by her thoughtful gift, and so excited to have extra nice ones that I wasn't expecting!

I have a college student who likes to do little photo shoots for a little extra cash. I’m going to ask her to do my maternity photos in a month, although I have never done anything like that before. Just want something nice this time around.
