Constant yeast infections 😞

So I will be consulting my doctor about this for the 4th time but I need to know if any of my mommas are or have experience this. This is baby #2 for me I’m almost 23 weeks pregnant and I know every pregnancy is different but I’ve never had back to back yeast infections like this in my life. Every time I go to the doctor they give me antibiotics and cream for the yeast and it seems to come back constantly 😫 I’m sooo sick of it because this is super annoying I’ve never experienced this with my first pregnancy. I have bacteria in my urine that doesn’t go away either which I think it’s causing the yeast infections. Has anyone experienced this before? If any of you mommas have this problem what did you do besides what the doctors give you to help keep the yeast and bacterial infections from constantly coming back.
