Oh man. Left picture was my stomach almost exactly a year ago. Played several hours of volleyball about 3 times a week. Did crossfit or ran about once or twice a week. Ate mostly garbage because I like food😂 I was also in Kuwait and it was 120° so I drink a lot of water.
Right is me today. It takes about 10 minutes to catch my breath after going up my stairs. Doing anything longer than about 10-15 minutes is considered a work out. And I still dont have the best of diet. I just cant eat as much because it feels like it just sits in my chest now.
I hope I can get back into fitness afterwards. I'm starting to miss it a little bit. 🏃♀️🏋️♀️💪
