Food Fanatic ๐๐ซ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฉ๐๐
I keep having these constant craving for food I really donโt need (Especially at night). I keep binging on unhealthy food: cheesecake, cookies, candy, pizza, you name it..I ate it. Afterwards I just regret it and feel unhealthy and out of control. Any tips or ideas for quick and easy snacks thatโll kill my cravings and keep me healthy?
