I keep having these constant craving for food I really donโ€™t need (Especially at night). I keep binging on unhealthy food: cheesecake, cookies, candy, pizza, you name it..I ate it. Afterwards I just regret it and feel unhealthy and out of control. Any tips or ideas for quick and easy snacks thatโ€™ll kill my cravings and keep me healthy?
