A caramel Frappuccino  sounds soooo good😍

I put never stopped but I should totally clarify that I switched to decaf only because I crave Coke a lot now that I am pregnant so I don’t want to max out my caffeine intake with coffee lol. Frappuccinos are soooo good. I got a Creme based mocha Frappuccino (without coffee) last weekend and it was the bomb.

Their fraps don’t have any caffeine unless you get add shots 🙈
But I live on their cold brew which has mega caffeine 😅

I still drink coffee every morning, but we switched to half-caf so I can drink a little more for less caffeine.
The Starbucks website has caffeine content listed for all of their drinks.  I’m pretty sure I checked Caramel Frappuccino the other day and it was still well under the recommended 200 mg max per day for one of the smaller sizes.  So if that’s all you’re having for the day, it may be okay!

After 12 weeks, I manage Matcha green tea latte with coconut milk; iced. 
Coffee gives me reflux and I end up watering it down with coconut or almond milk anyway.

I never stopped drinking my super extra coffee drinks, BUT modified them a lot. Half the syrup & only 1 shot a day ever. ❤️🙏
