Hi everyone 👋🏼 I posted a while ago about regretting naming my baby Kayla and wishing I had gone with a Finnish name to reflect my heritage. 
I planned to just add a second middle name, but the name Kayla is what’s bugging me. I like the name Eila, which is Finnish and is pronounced like Kayla without the K (ay-la). I’d even be open to spelling it Ayla even though it’s not Finnish. 
I don’t think it would confuse her because she’s not even 10 months old and it is such a similar name.

Change it think maybe easier to do before they turn one. Start calling it by that name now so we gets used to it x
