Pregnant before a test?

Has anyone ever just "known" they were pregnant before doing a test?

With all 3 of my babies I started feeling sick when I drank a cup of tea (I usually love tea and drink quite a lot) and preferred coffee which I usually can't stand the smell of and that's what's happening now, 8dpo, TTC #4

My back, lower tummy and boobs are so painful and I'm just exhausted.

I've had a negative test this morning
