I thought the 20 week anatomy scan is a level 2 ultrasound. That’s pretty much routine for all pregnancies.

I had a level II scan because my husband has webbed feet and spina bifida in his family history. It’s very similar to a typical anatomy scan, just with more powerful equipment.
