How heavy is too heavy to lift/pull

Basically I don’t go the gym or anything but know a lot of your pregnant ladies do. I was just mowing the lawn and had to pull a tree trunk about 1.5 meters across the ground (no lifting) I think it was about 50kg maybe more. I won’t be doing it again but just a bit paranoid now. I’s baby okay?

The rule is to only do what you use to before that pregnancy... because your body is use to it.... you arnt supposed to start doing new things that are so different then when you weren’t pregnant..... I’ve seen weight lifting momma lift through there entire pregnancy but they did that before the baby and they didn’t move up in what they lifted... they just maintained
