What do you wash the inside of your vagina with

Basically I was reading a thread on twitter where someone asked this question and then someone commented just water and everyone called her nasty and said her vagina probably stinks and said “just water alone won’t cover up the smell of sweat, etc. I only use water and have no issues. Are we really looked at as nasty for that?!

Ok your vagina is the inside part. The outside part is collectively called the vulva and consists of the inner labia and outer labia (the lips). You should not wash your vagina. It is self-cleaning. Washing it with anything will mess with the delicate balance and likely cause infection. You should gently clean your vulva with water...maybe a very gentle cleanser.

Your vulva can be rinsed with water or a mild soap and water, but even still, it’s unlikely that you need to be really scrubbing yourself down there.

Ur not supposed to wash the inside of ur vagina at all! The exterior, as in the vulva & labia, yes, it’s fine to wash that area, but not actually inside ur vagina. I personally wash the vulva/labia & in between the labia with body wash & water. There’s only a few types of soaps that give me a weird smell even while washing, so obviously I don’t use those. But, most other soaps/washes have been fine for me.
