Breasts leaking clear liquid???

I’m 23 weeks and I’ll get an occasional few drops of clear liquid coming from my nipples ever so often....anyone know what it is and why?

Breast pads would help. I leaked tremendously when I heard a baby cry, so the pads helped stop wet shirt syndrome!
