Scared of death
So, if there is one thing that I’m afraid of, it’s of dying.... death. Every time I think of it I get this knot in my gut and start having a huge panic attack. I’m afraid of what comes next.. nothing? Just black. No consciousness. Nothing. I can’t shake that feeling here lately. It’s all I’ve been thinking about every night when I am trying to sleep 😭
