pregnant after c section

is it possible i could be pregnant again? it’s only been 4 weeks since my c section and i didn’t know you ovulated after having a baby.. doctor told me to wait 6 weeks but i thought she meant just to wait till i was done bleeding .. i guess i should’ve paid more attention.
