I filed for child support and in the order it says that dad is responsible for 30 percent of my sons insurance. His job recently put my son under his dad. Here’s the problem: his dad hates him and wants nothing to do with him. I made a fake Instagram to write him asking if he can remove my son from his insurance. He blocked me and changed his Instagram name. That’s the exact reason why I don’t want my son on his insurance. If there was an issue with his insurance I could not call because I’m not the person paying, if have to contact his dad... he wouldn’t even answer he’d block me this man hates him and who could care less if he lives or dies. He never even wanted him and wanted to kill himself over me keeping him, so I don’t feel comfortable having my son under his insurance. He resents the fact he had to pay child support he resents me and the baby. I do not want my sons health in his hands. I tried to call yesterday to remove him they told me no I can’t only his SD can call in. Can I go back to court? He has insurance through the state, and it would save SD 200 monthly from his check, but he still won’t.
