What to do? IUI, IVF or natural?

Hi all,

So hubby and I had our post op consultation yesterday (I had a laproscopic procedure to have my right blocked Fallopian tube removed & adhesions from my c-section that had my uterus and other organs stuck together ) we were told that his semen is great, everything else looks good with me... normal AMH etc and we have 3 options after not getting pregnant for the past 2 years :

1. Try naturally, if no luck;

2. Try clomid to increase my ovulation & do IUI to make sure the sperm gets to the left side when I ovulate there

3. Jump straight to IVF

Our main thing is we have a 2 year old that will be 3 next year and we really didn’t want such a big gap between our children so time is the biggest factor. Ideally like to have a baby before our son turns 4!

Second biggest factor is money. I’m not sure how much IUI costs? But we found out our insurance covers IVF except for freezing $1000, thawing $1000 & mock trials $450...And we have a 20% copay for medicine which I think would leave us having to pay about $1000 approx.

I know it’s a lot less than people pay, but it’s still money that we don’t have. Feeling overwhelmed but wanting a baby bad!!!

Right now I’m on BC due to having the rubella vaccination so that’s kind of a dampener, did have a dream of getting pregnant naturally straight after my surgery :-(
