Trigger Warning, possible MMC

Went to the ER today with upper abdominal pain. Supposed to be 10 weeks 4 days pregnant based off of LMP. Since they knew I was pregnant, they did an ultrasound on both my upper abdomen and lower abdomen and transvaginal. They found baby and said that it was measuring 7 weeks 2 days and had no heart beat. They want me to take the abortion pill. I havent had a loss of symptoms or any bleeding. I've read stories of doctors missing heart beats and others finding one, should I wait? My first sonogram was supposed to be this coming Wednesday. I just don't want it to be true. But hearing the news twice will probably break my heart in half
