Chest pain/tightness? Pregnancy related? 🤞🏻

I’m 12DPO and have had chest pain/ chest tightness since 7/8DPO after a full day of lower cramping and back pain.

I thought it was heartburn- I’ve only had it once in my entire life- but I’ve taken anti acid and it’s no help.

Taken tests and so far only 1 faint line today, but could have been an indent. Rest negative.

It’s been all day everyday for like 5 days in a row.

Could it be 🤞🏻pregnancy related? I’ve read yes due to increased blood flow to uterus but I’m curious to see if anyone else has had this symptom

I’m still 3/4 days away from AF.

PS- I’ve also had a MASSIVE increase in boob size and soreness. I usually don’t have much during PMS, they’ve never gotten this big before
