Should I stop BBT if I took trigger shot for ovulation?
Took the trigger shot past my usual bedtime so I didn’t get too much sleep (probably less than 5 hours). Temp this morning is quite higher than yesterday morning’s. I am not sure if this is due to poor sleep or the trigger shot. Should I stop BBT if I took trigger shot for ovulation?
