I am 11 weeks 2 days. Have been bleeding off and on for 3 days. Red spotting when I wipe, not enough to come close to filling a pad. I am wondering if this could still take a turn for the worse. During my last miscarriage I began bleeding on a Friday and kept bleeding heavily until I had my loss on Sunday.

During your miscarriage, did the bleeding start off slowly for many days or ever stop before becoming heavy?
