Sex drive gone!!!

So idk what the hell is happening to me but my sex drive is just non existent like it’s totally gone and it sucks. My hubby keeps wanting sex and I feel awful cause we’re going weeks without doing it so I do it for him but I just find myself sitting there while he’s doing it like

Is this normal? I’m currently 18 weeks and 4 days. It’s weird cause with my first I was horny af like I had to give him a break for a few days cause his shit would be raw lol
