TMI - NO PICS - SPOTTING

I’m almost 11 weeks and have been spotting for the last 3 days. It alternates between dark brown and like a dirty rose color... it’s a little bit throughout the whole day. My doctor says unless it’s bright red and filling a pad, that it happens and to not come in. And while I know he’s probably right, it still stresses me out and I dread going to the bathroom 😕

I had an SCH with my son and spotted daily for 5 weeks. Working in a hospital, I had them scan me on Friday - no obvious source of bleeding and the baby had a strong heart rate of 169. She said the placenta hadn’t formed yet but she could tell where it was going to be and I still had a yolk sac. Is that normal?

I’m trying to calm my nerves and tell myself all will be well but it’s hard not to freak out every time I see it.

Anyone else been through something similar?
