NPIT testing ?

Hey ladies , so at 12w 4 days I went in for my testing I could see her measuring 1.3 I believe I saw. She later said she wants “a clear image” and added “everything looks fine but just to be sure” now I’m waiting for tomorrow 13w5 to redo the test and am confused as to why I need to go back 😕

Do you mean first trimester screen? NIPT is a blood test (no ultrasound).

For my NIPT I had an ultrasound and a blood test. They measure a certain point on babies neck through the ultrasound image so depending on how your little one was positioned during the ultrasound they may or may not have been able to get a clear enough picture even though they still took a measurment
