Doppler struggles

Hi all,

I was able to find the fetal heartbeat with my Doppler pretty easily a few days ago and now today I can't. I'm 11w4d and don't go back to the doctor until next week. Just feeling nervous, they also found a small subchorionic hemorrhage on ultrasound and are going to recheck it in a few weeks but I haven't had any bleeding. I think this happened in my last pregnancy and everything was fine, but it's so hard not to panic! I spent a long time looking for it. ☹️
