Not showing anything 4 week ultrasound?

Question

My blood hasn’t shown any drop in HCG
But a doctor who’s had a history of messing up diagnosis’s looked at my ultrasound pictures (internal and external) and said there’s no signs of conception, even though I’ve had other medical professionals tell me it’s not worrying if they don’t see anything since I’m so early.

4weeks is your problem. Nothing really shows up on an ultrasound until 6weeks at least. I’d wait another month honestly. Until week 7-8.

4 weeks nothing would likely show in ultrasound 
5weeks with transvaginal ultrasound you should see gestational sac 
Come 6 weeks with transvaginal ultrasound yolk sac and even possible yolk sac and fetal pole 
I am surprised at 4weeks an ultrasound would have been done

Nothing showed but thick endometrial lining at 4 weeks for me. 6w1d saw healthy baby and heard it’s heart 113bpm which was great since it was early. Don’t stress too much! I know... easier said than done.

Most doctors don’t see patients until 8 weeks unless you have a history or being high risk. There’s almost nothing that would show up on an ultrasound. Are you still testing with home pregnancy tests

In surprised an ultrasound was done at 4 weeks, I thought that was way too early and nothing would be seen until at least 6 weeks 🤷🏼‍♀️
Has your hcg beta test been done more than once to see if its increasing?
Also, if you know this doc isn’t great, may I ask why you are seeing them?
