Help me?!

My husband says my pee reeks of ammonia. All I know is it smells awful, like an old outhouse. I've been dealing with utis on and off. Every time I go to the dr. They tell me the same thing. It's honeymoon syndrome. Pee/clean up, before and after sex. I do. I've been doing that since day one. I drink a ton of water. If I stop drinking water throughout the day, my pee smells overwhelmingly awful, or if I hold it too long. But as long as I'm continuously drinking water, and going, it fixes the problem, or it doesn't smell as bad. I'm always in pain. My bladder feels swollen all the time. I don't have pain while I pee. And I'm always peeing. I just have pain Down there all day, it's not when I pee. I'm tired of spending countless dollars on Dr visits that don't fix my problem. And even more money on azos to help relieve some pain. What could this be. Will i suffer for the rest of my life?.... ugh...
