Maternity Leave In Cali
If you're from Cali, did you take off the 4 weeks prepartum? I heard those weeks are use them or lose them but I am confused about when SDI kicks in and when it does is it 60% or 70%of your salary? I am trying to figure out if I should use those 4 weeks or wait to take off the week before my due date.
