Ready for the next step but partner is not.

Ya’ll so my boyfriend and I have been together for a little over 3 years. We live together and are looking to start the process to buying a home. But ya’ll I wanna get married! He isn’t interested yet because he isn’t “ready” but how do I fight the urge to shake him till he proposes?? I’m DYING where I live everyone gets married by the time there 21. I’m 22 ( I know not much of a difference) and he’s 25. I just wanna be his official wifey. I pretty much already am I just wanna ring and a party 😂😂 what do I do?!?
