Millitary Girlfriend

My bf and I have been together for well over a year and he left for basic over a month ago now. I knew going into the relationship that he was leaving. It just hurts not having my best friend by my side. No one around me really understands what im going threw. My bfs best friend and mine is leaving for basic in a week. I grew up with them and i watched them grow up along side of me and now they will both be gone. Ive never felt more alone.

This was us the summer before highschool. You cant really tell because of the bad quality but im in the back. On the right is our best friend and the left is my other half. My boys are all grown up. I knew this day was coming but that doesn't make it hurt any less... I love them both and couldnt be more proud of them.
