Bleeding early pregnancy

Hi so I’m about 6 weeks pregnant .. and I been having mild back pain and today when I wiped it’s a light red (pink) and right now as I took a shower I noticed a blood clot look alike going down the drain .. I’m really scared because I recently had a miscarriage on January .. please tell me someone has had this and turned out to have a healthy baby ?? 😢
