When to see a doctor?

I'm pregnant again and last time I went early (3-4 weeks) and found out that I was having a miscarriage. At what week should I make an initial appointment with family doctor?

My doctors say not to make an appt until 8 weeks.

I am experiencing a chemical pregnancy right now. I informed my OB and she said the next time i find out I’m pregnant to come in ASAP and they will monitor my HCG and progesterone to make sure everything is rising as it should and if I need to get on Progest. or not to help sustain pregnancy. I know every doctor is different! Congrats!

Call your dr and they may want to bring you in for a blood draw to make sure your HCG is rising as it should be. Then they will probably schedule you an actual appointment around 6/8 weeks.
