Is this my plug? I’m only 19 weeks

I’m freaking out im only 19 weeks today and I just wiped and saw this, I’ve been having bad cramping and now this came out of me and I’m having wayyyy worse cramping

Looks like it, but it regenerates. If your concerned with the cramping I'd just call your OB and see what they suggest to do.

I lost my plug at 18 weeks, then again at 30 and kept losing clumps of it for the rest of the pregnancy.
Mucus plug regenerates. Crampings normal. It's only abnormal if you have consistent patterned cramps and stomach tightenings which ofcourse would be contractions.

I think it’s your plug. It doesn’t really mean anything though. It’s the bloody show that is a strong indicator of impending labour. If more comes out with blood in it then that’s your show. It looks like there’s a slight bit of blood there so wait and see :) x

Yep looks like a piece of it. Watch for contractions and/or water breaking. Otherwise, it's no biggie and will regenerate.
