Do you think that pre-employment marijuana tests should be banned?
I saw this on my local news page. Nevada has signed into law, effective next year, that a business cannot refuse to hire a person based on a positive marijuana test. Do you agree or disagree? Only for certain jobs? Does the fact that federally, it’s illegal, play into your answer?
