Only 23w and baby is head down.  I feel his hands in my bladder or when he stretched, he jams his feet into the top of my uterus which shoves his head into my bladder.  It’s totally normal.  They’re using their entire space even if it doesn’t look like it.

I'm 30 weeks and can feel my daughter push into my bladder and just when I think she can't push any harder,she does. Every now and then I go check to make sure I didn't pee myself. One night a little droplet of pee did come out 🤦
