Sorry but eating one meal a day is idiotic. Basically to loose weight you need to be calorie deficit which means you eat less calories a day than you burn. I work out 5 ish days a week.Most important thing is diet. High protein! Lots of veg. Low carb/sweets.Lifting weights is way more important than cardio too, despite what people think when it comes to loosing weight.

hello i am a 14 year old girl who indulges in sweets all the time and i practically always eat bad when i go out with my friends (i sometimes limit myself). i want to lose weight since it’s summer and i’m heading into highschool but it’s very hard to do it. i weight about 138 and i’m very short i think i’m 5’1. i tried a 16:8 diet which was working but then i started to only eat one meal so i was like i’m going to stop but a lot of people say that it has worked for them i think i am just doing it wrong. any one have any advice on how to lose weight?
