I’m 13 and feel fat

Hey 👋🏻 I’m Isla and I currently weigh 8stone and 5pounds I’m 5”4 and I feel really fat I’m 13 but I’m nearing the age of 14 in a couple of months. I don’t know what to do to loose weight and feel really self conscious i have big boobs and hate them they are a size 32 DD. Can someone help me please.
