I’ve been hand expressing milk for about a month or so now. I’m currently 20 weeks with no signs of labor or contractions when doing it. I started out with very little and now I can get out about .5 oz which is a big deal for me because I failed miserably breastfeeding my first. I started doing it about 2 times a day now I just do it before bed, put it in a syringe, and freeze it.
