Okay, so I'm 13 and I've been having periods for almost a year now, but I haven't been on holiday while on my period before. But in about 3 weeks I'm going to be on holiday for two weeks and on my period for half of that.

The problem is, I have two little sisters who will be really confused if I don't go in the pool when they ask, so would you guys recommend swimming with a tampon in? Or have you guys had bad experiences with that??

PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
