I don’t know what to do

This is my second pregnancy, my first one I gave birth at 18 weeks and my baby girl passed away. During this current pregnancy I’ve had a cerclage (sewing the cervix) progesterone shots and frequent doctors appointments with a specialist (who is 2 hours away). I lost my mucus plug 2 days ago and called them and they said it should be fine. Today I’m having small contractions (I’ve had them the whole time which the dr knows) but now they’re a little more painful, I have back pain, sharp pains in my belly every now and then and kind of period cramp feelings and also pressure in my lower abdomen and a constant feeling like I have to poop. My water hasn’t broke and I’m not bleeding and the contraction’s are irregular. I am very tired.

I’d feel kind of silly for calling again so soon and we don’t want to drive that far if it’s nothing.
