Placenta too big?

I had a scan about two days ago and the measurement of my placenta was out of range ( measuring too large) and there was a decent size cyst on my right ovary. They couldn't see my left oveay because my uterus had already expanded too much. ( this is my fifth pregnancy third baby) anyway tech didn't really know what it meant and no word from drs. I do have a history of having excess fluid around the baby. Anyway did anyone else have this? Know what it means or should i be concerned about either of those things?
