Not having a baby shower, what do I need?

So per a religious tradition, we don’t have baby showers. Being the huge planner I am, I’m dying. 
However, I’m far enough along now that it’s okay to start setting up and getting ready. 33+4 
What are some of the things I need to buy now for the first 2 weeks? I should be getting gifts around the end of that time. 
I already have car seat, stroller, diaper bag.

A crib or bassinet (depending on how you choose to have them sleep)
Newborn and size 1 diapers (stock up) (they go through so many newborn diapers) 
Clothes (ofcourse) but not too many because they grow fast. Different sizes, different temperatures.
Swaddles (2-3 Incase one gets dirty) 
Something to wear baby in (they love it and you’ll find yourself using it a lot in the first 3 months and then a bit beyond depending on your baby!) nothing too complicated. (It’s tough when they’re screaming to figure out how to get them in it 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️) 
Some type of lotion (I like Johnson Johnson bedtime lotion) but you’ll have to experiment with your baby’s skin and what they can handle) 
Wipes. (Ofcourse) again, stock up.

As far as clothing, just get newborn and size 0-3 zip up sleepers. Maybe some short sleeve onesies if you plan on being outside while it’s still hot. It makes life sooo much easier. A few Halo swaddles. Diapers and wipes. A swing or bouncy seat. A crib or bassinet (we used a pack n play for the first 6 months). A few sets of sheets for crib or bassinet or pack n play. If you want your baby to take pacifiers maybe grab a few different kinds. Same with bottles. A bottle of baby bath. The hospital will give you a thermometer and bulb syringe, keep both of those...especially the bulb syringe, you’ll never find a better one.

First two weeks we used newborn diapers, plain white onesies, side sleeper, hospital baby blankets, car seat, kind bars for me to eat while feeding and water bottle next to my bed to help with milk supply. My baby is now 7 weeks and gifts keep coming. Congratulations and good luck
