Gel pads. Get the gel pads. They were a game changer for me. Put them in the fridge then right after you nurse, slap those babies on. They literally saved my BF journey. Soooo much relief. ❤️

I’ve been using all purpose nipple ointment and lanolin and the organic nipple butter. However I found these cups help as they prevent your bra from rubbing the ointment off and just give them a break from any type of contact.

My daughter was born around 5 am Monday. Shes breastfeeding MUCH better than my son did but I've never seen this...
She was latched ALL night Tuesday and Wednesday nights. My right is cracked but manageable and looks better this morning.  However, this picture is much left.   I am not sure if this is normal inflamation/soreness issues or if it is infected?  Wondering if lanolin continuing would be okay or if I should do something else...or at what point to call OB.  I don't really have another car trip in me today 😭 we've had so many the past few days thanks to jaundice and infant weight loss...
