I’m saying this in the nicest way possible since I voted no. NO ONE will care about what YOU look like.... lashes no lashes, hair done or hair not done. They’ll be there to see the baby...... not you. Don’t waste your money or your bf’s money

I’m almost 30 weeks and I plan on getting mine done, more out of just wanting to feel pretty and absolutely not about the labor. I haven’t even thought that far ahead yet. But making bf pay for it bc you’re “pushing out” his kid? That’s kinda fucked up. If he wants to pay for it he will, if not then you pay for it. Why should he have to be forced to pay for something that doesn’t even effect the baby but only bc YOU wanna be extra? My husband isn’t gonna pay for me to get lashes bc that’s not his problem lol. And I’m ALSO pushing his kid out. 
Don’t have that mindset. That you deserve unnecessary things bc you gave birth. Especially if he’s already genuinely a great partner and possibly a great father.

I planned getting mine done before my baby came, my water ended up breaking in the morning 9 days before his due date. You best believe I went to the salon that morning (after being told by my midwives I could labor at home till contractions picked up) even went out to eat a nice Italian restaurant before heading to the hospital that night.
I was a mess during labor even got an emergency c-section, but you know what? I looked good and decent in my labor pics and after birth pics and I’m glad I went. So do you 💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️

I’ve gotten mine done consistently through pregnancy and love them. Pricey habit but saves me a ton of time 🤷🏼‍♀️

If you cry during labor you’ll ruin your extensions. Not only that, but the glue can get in your eyes and irritate them. Save getting them for another time.

I had them my whole last pregnancy and had them on for labour & delivery. I loved them because pregnancy breaks my skin out more than usual, so adding any make up on makes that worse. With lash extensions all I need is moisturizer. I ended up having to give them up this pregnancy because my morning sickness was terrible and lasted so long, I couldn’t keep them on or keep up with them. And now my lash lady is on maternity leave, so I have to travel to the next town an hour away to get them ☹️ but I am hoping to get them back soon, I miss them so much!

I’ve read some have a bad reaction to the glue used while pregnant. Honestly I got them done with my last pregnancy for my shower and continued them till I gave birth. I mean no one truly cares what you look like cause you just gave birth but in my pictures I feel like I looked better because of them 😂😂😂 they were just a pain after with the newborn stage though I ended ripping them out. They are a waste of money but do whatever you feel like you’d like for yourself and no one else!!!

I got some before my baby shower and I had a horrible reaction to the glue, my eyes started to swell. Pregnancy does weird things to your body! I would not do it. Especially if you haven't gotten them previously.
