Can't breathe 🥵

Today I had an appointment and I talked to my doctor about the fact that I can't breathe more times than not. I never ever feel like I have enough air. Its getting miserable. He listened to my lungs and said they sound fine, and that if I start passing out, go to the ER but other than that just try to breathe the best I can. Do any of you ladies have any tips on what to do about shortness of breath? Because idk how much longer I can go on like this and I know as she gets bigger, its just going to get worse 😂😭
