3D ultrasounds... when?! 🙂

When is the best time to get a 3D ultrasound? I want one & am trying to decide when to go. Anyone with an anterior placenta had one & the pictures turned out good? Can I see your pictures please?

I have an anterior placenta and they suggest 28 weeks, because after that their little face will be squished into your placenta!

Girl at 24 and a half weeks! She was very boney still as expected not fattened up yet but clear shots even though she wouldn't move one arm ever.... 😂 Sorry pic sideways

I also heard anytime after 28 weeks and to drink a lot of water between now and then to get better pictures. I'm going next Friday and also have an anterior placenta and am wondering how they will be.

I did it with my first at 32-36 weeks she was so chunky! The longer you wait the chunkier they’ll be.

I was told 27 to 28 weeks is the best time also depending on gender, girls don’t like to cooperate lol 
I’m going next Saturday at my 28 week mark. We tried today and her hands and feet were in her face was only able to get a side view. 😭
