Would this be bad?

I’ve never fasted before. I was thinking for like 3-4 days only drinking water and protein shakes. If not I have a lot of turkey (lunch meat that we got as a part of the turkey and got it chopped up) I wanna see if I can drop a couple pounds. I’d also be going on walks too. If not any of that (I’m aware working out and eating right helps you lose weight but I don’t have a way to get to the gym right now) what’s the best type of thing I can do. I’m trying to get better about drinking water too
